IACC is a socially responsible, mission-centered business committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we exist. We provide jobs and business training for young men and women to acquire marketable skills, a sound work ethic, integrity, character and Christian values.
Our customer center is in Africa in locations where the English language is widely spoken with a warm, African/British accent. The culture is characteristically friendly and hospitable, shaping the perfect attitude for customer care. The population is young (77% below the age of 35) and educated, but the economy is unable to sustain quality jobs for that population. With the advance of fiber internet in cities, reliable customer center services are now possible.
